Six books by writers from five Caribbean countries have been announced on the longlist for the 2018 OCM Bocas Prize for Caribbean Literature, sponsored by One Caribbean Media. The group includes Smartish Pace poet Shara McCallum’s new book, Madwoman. The winners will be announced on April 2, 2018, and the prize of $10,000 will be presented to the overall winner on April 28th, during the eighth annual NGC Bocas Lit Fest in Port of Spain, April 25th-29th.
