Arlene Zide has lived in India nine times in the past thirty-eight years. Her translations from Hindi and other Indian languages have appeared in Chicago Review, Hindi, Indian Literature, International Poetry Review, International Quarterly, Modern Poetry in Translation (UK), Salt Hill and The Malahat Review.
