Robert Wrigley’s eighth collection of poetry, Earthly Meditation: New and Selected Poems (Penguin) was published in 2006. Reign of Snakes (Penguin, 1999) won the Kingsley Tufts Award. He hs been awarded the J. Howard and Barbara M.J. Wood Prize, the Frederick Bock Prize from Poetry, the Wagner Award from the Poetry Society of America, the Theodore Roethke Award from Poetry Northwest and two Pushcart Prizes.
