Jason Miller is the author of Langston Hughes and American Lynching Culture (Florida, 2011). His poems have appeared in Plains Song Review, The South Carolina Review and Whole Notes. He is an associate professor of English at North Carolina State University where he teaches courses in twentieth-century American poetry.
