M.B. McLatchey’s writing has appeared in Ekphrasis, Grain, Science, Shenandoah, The Comstock Review and The Southern Poetry Review. Her recent awards include the Spoon River Poetry Review’s Editors’ Prize, the Penelope Niven Creative Nonfiction Award, the Annie Finch Prize for Poetry and the Vachel Lindsay Poetry Award. She has taught at Harvard University, Rollins College and the University of Central Florida, and is currently a professor of Humanities at Embry Riddle University.
