Derek Kannemeyer lives in Richmond, Virginia where he teaches at St. Catherine�s School. He holds a B.A. from the University of London and an M.A. from the University of Virginia. His poems have appeared in numerous publications including Rolling Stone, Maryland Poetry Review, Antietam Review, Urban Spaghetti, Wind and Thin Air where his poem won first place in their annual poetry contest.
