Austin Tremblay was born and raised in southeastern North Carolina. He earned a doctorate in Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Houston, worked as an assistant professor in New Mexico, and now serves as the director of development at the Village Learning Place in Baltimore. His writing has been featured in McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, Gulf Coast, cream city review, and other literary publications. When not working, Austin enjoys tennis, cooking, camping, and indulging his love of vintage motorcycles.
