Ken Chen, the executive director of the Asian American Writers’ Workshop, won this year’s Yale Series of Younger Poets Award. The winning manuscript, Juvenilia, was selected by current judge Louise Gluck. This places Chen in the ranks of John Ashbery, John Hollander, James Tate, William Meredith, Robert Haas, and other widely anthologized poets.
