Robert Pinsky Wins Roethke Prize

Former U.S. Poet Laureate Robert Pinsky won the 11th Triennial Theodore Roethke Memorial Poetry Prize. Pinsky, 67 of Newton Corner, MA, was chosen by a three-judge panel and will recieve $3,000 for his 2007 book, Gulf Music. Pinsky is the author of nine books of poetry and five books about poetry.
